I trained with Coach Moe for three months leading up to Ironman Wisconsin 2007.
During this time we incorporated a barrage of drills and interval sets that, for the first time, helped me feel what it was like to swim correctly.
Moe did an excellent job of demonstrating and explaining the key aspects of proper swim form.
In the ironman I stayed on pace throughout the swim and was able to hold my form for the entire 2.4 miles. But the most noticeable difference was how fresh I felt for the 112 mile bike and 26.2 mile run after the swim.
I ended up finishing under 11 hours and I improved my time by 90 MINUTES from 2006!!!
The next step is qualifying for Kona and I know that Moe will be the one to get me there.
